About Kim
Ms. Keller has been teaching elementary school for over 20 years. She holds an elementary teaching credential as well as a degree in psychology with an emphasis in Child Psychology. She is an ESE (Exceptional Student Education) and MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Support) specialist, has mentored teachers and attended numerous diverse Master's classes. Ms. Keller is proficient in many curriculums and is an avid believer in Core Knowledge. Inspiring students to reach their full potential as well as elevating their confidence in themselves are her passions.

Each student is an individual with his or her own interests, learning styles, and levels of understanding. My approach to teaching is based on these factors. By determining what the student is interested in, I will start the learning there. Is the student musical, logical, spatial, kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal? This will also determine how and what is taught. And, of course, what level is the student currently comprehending fully? This is where the lessons begin!
