About Meghan
Hello! My name is Meg, and I am an elementary school teacher available for one-on-one tutoring in all subject areas. I was born and raised in Washington, DC, and I graduated from Georgetown University in 2019 and have been teaching ever since. I am open to in-person or virtual tutoring--whatever environment best suits your needs. I have experience teaching Kindergarten (ages 4/5) - 7th grade. My areas of expertise are foundational literacy (early reading and phonics instruction), elementary math, and special education. Most recently, I taught 3rd grade (all subjects) during the school year 2022-2023. I am very friendly and outgoing, and I use a variety of teaching/learning methods!
