About Sara
I graduated in 2006 with a BA in Elementary Education. During my education, I volunteered with the Americorps program tutoring in reading and completed several practicums teaching in classrooms. I spent seven years working with kids with behavior disorders teaching anger management, social skills, and life skills. I then took a private nannying job with a family with two children with autism. I've spent the past 7 years assisting that family with caring for and educating their children. In my spare time I have also privately tutored locally in the subject of math. In addition to all of the amazing opportunities I have been so lucky to list, for the last three years, I have also homeschooled my currently 11 year old son.

I would definitely recommend Sara to anyone looking for help with math. She does an excellent job tutoring our daughter in Algebra 2. She is able to teach her in a way that is easier for her to understand. She is also very patient.
