About Lucy
Hi! My name is Lucy. I am a 37-year-old former teacher (7 years) originally from New York. I love children and helping others, so being a tutor will be a great fit! I taught third grade, English to Students of Other Languages (K-12) for a total of six years. I have been a private tutor for almost three years.
I have three degrees. Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Coastal Carolina University and Master's in Teaching English to students of other Languages from Hofstra University. My third degree is a Master's in Pastoral Counseling with emphasis in crisis and trauma from Liberty University.
Fun Facts: I've lived and taught internationally in Malta and I've traveled to 37 different countries over the past decade.
