About Ilaria
With motivation and an innovative approach, I have been working in the training field for about ten years. I have specific experience in language teaching and in the development of effective teaching methodologies (I am also a teacher trainer). I have a bachelor degree in Psychology, which is also valuable in my teaching experience, and a Masters in Foreign Languages. I know 5 languages.

In language teaching, THEORY and PRACTICE support each other; the lessons I offer aim at a fruitful BALANCE between these. We can focus on WRITTEN production, ORAL interaction or ACCURACY, also based on personal NEEDS. Not just textbooks or grammars: IF necessary, I will also propose visual materials, videos, news articles, platforms and techniques for memorization.
I am enthusiastic about guiding students in their learning path, proposing PERSONALISED STRATEGIES, modeled according to learning goals and needs.
I believe that making the subject RELEVANT to students is critical to their motivation. Even the most challenging disciplines can disclose fascinating aspects when explored with a positive and collaborative approach.
