Perfect! Tilda is such a lovely person. I arrived extremely late unintentionally and she was really understanding and kind about the situation. The session was really fun and challenging. She was really friendly and encouraging throughout and made the exercises exciting. She kept checking in with me on how I was feeling and gave me options to have a break or keep going. You can see she is very passionate about what she does which is contagious and makes the session very enjoyable and interesting. I would definitely recommend Tilda to anybody wanting to have professional help looking after their health and fitness.
