About Morgane
I am currently studying in the Faculty of Education at McGill, but previously I spent 6 years in China, where I completed my high school studies. I studied in the rigorous International Baccalaureate curriculum as an outstanding student in my cohort. In the IB diploma program (a two-year intense pre-university curriculum), I graduated with an almost perfect GPA. Recipient of the Head of School award and multiple school spirit awards, I was and still am heavily involved in my communities.

As an educator, I take on a relational approach. In getting to know the student and their needs, I am able to personalize lesson plans and make the learning more engaging. Moreover, building trust ensures the learning environment feels safe for everyone. I encourage students to ask questions and to make mistakes, because that’s the most effective way to learn! I always try to strike a balance between making sure my student is enjoying themselves and pushing themselves to improve.
