About Stephanie
In my 7 years as a tutor for children and college students, I have had the pleasure of watching my students grow in confidence and motivation. As a school psychologist, I have extensive experience with many types of disabilities. I am able to work with students to figure out how they learn and work best. I take feedback seriously and do my best to cater my lessons to what the student needs. I am excited to work with you and to help you succeed!

Since every student is different, I like to work with students (or parents) to figure out how the student best learns. I try to make lessons fun and engaging by appealing to their interests and strengths. I like to speak in depth about the assignment to make sure the objective is clear and focus on what the student already knows before getting into what they don't yet know. My lessons can be adapted for all ages.

If you would like me to review your work beforehand, please contact me so we can set up a price that fits. Rates will be higher for any editing, proofreading, or research that I will be doing outside of class. Dissertation and thesis papers will also be a higher rate.
