About Brianna

Although I believe that teaching should be fun, my primary goal is to ensure that each lesson is taught in a way that makes the material easier to understand and retain. I am deeply committed to helping my students excel in school and gain confidence in their abilities. Having worked with children with learning disabilities, I understand the importance of patience and am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure students grasp the concepts they need. As someone who once struggled with understanding schoolwork, I empathize with students who feel overwhelmed or need extra help to succeed. My personal experience motivates me to create an environment where every student feels supported and empowered to be their best.

About the lesson

As a tutor, I focus on creating a patient, supportive, and engaging environment where learning is both effective and fun. I tailor each lesson to the individual needs of my students, using interactive activities, games, and relatable examples to make challenging material more accessible and memorable. My typical lessons begin with a review of previously covered topics, followed by targeted help on areas where the student is struggling, and end with a recap to ensure they feel confident in their progress. What sets me apart is my genuine care for my students' success—I strive not only to help them master the material but also to make learning an enjoyable and rewarding experience. I work with elementary and middle school students, providing support in English vocabulary and other academic subjects, and aim to make each lesson a fun and motivating experience.

Hi! Brianna and I are family friends. I am very close with her grandmother and around the end of 2023, my son that played football was close to getting left back and kicked of the team because of his grades. He wasn't a bad student, he just needed extra help. To avoid this I asked if Brianna could tutor him because her grandmother always talked about how bright and caring she is. When she spent a couple of months tutoring him, he was on the top of his game and passed quizzes like i've never seen before! I would definitely recommend her. She's very understanding and flexible and ensures that she takes however long it may be to get her students AHEAD of grade level. And I truly do appreciate her for that.
