About Rodricka
I am a college graduate. I have served in the urban communities as a youth development professional for 5 years and a teacher for 10 years. I have had the pleasure to work with individuals from 4 months to high-school teenagers. I have worked in school settings as well as the Boys and Girls Club afterschool prgrams. I am fluent in English and American Sign Language. I love having the opportunity to grow with the individuals I work with. It is my mission in life to help others see the greatness in themselves and push through difficulties. I believe we were all destined for greatness!
