About Rosario

I have experience teaching Spanish to all age ranges – from 4 years old to adults.

My mother tongue is Spanish, and at GCSE I got one of the top 10 results in the country. I have experience with the new GCSE and A Level AQA syllabuses and can impart some top tips to help you succeed in your exams. At A Level, I also have experience guiding students through the literature and film requirements. I have a proven track record to improve student’s results by at least one grade boundary.

I also have experience teaching adults Spanish for both general and travel-related purposes. I enjoy using real-life scenarios with plenty of practical information. If you'd like a qualification to go along with your studies, I have also prepared students for the DELE exams.

I also run introductory Spanish courses to groups of up to 12 students, so if you’d like more information regarding these, please let me know. Learning in a group can be a great way to keep costs down.

About the lesson

I enjoy teaching in a structured manner with a range of supporting materials, including but not limited to: games, activities, reading and problems. I'm usually result-driven, so if you have a clear vision of what you'd like to achieve from the lessons, then great, I'll help you get there. If you don't, then I can help you set a goal so we can make our time as productive as possible. The great thing about private tuition is that I can tailor the course to suit you, and I can go at a pace that you find comfortable but stretching!

NOTE: I have over a year's experience with online teaching. Due to COVID-19, I will only be taking online students for the time being. My classes remain interactive and engaging, with lots of exercises despite the online element.
