Milton dass has more than 20 years coaching experience at the provincial, school ,clubs and higher levels. In 2020 Milton dass took a new position in Hoysala club and primrose club as standing player and coach for the youngsters to pursue carrier for state and national levels all India.

Goal: basic passing drill
Exercise:
1. carrying to middle (right) and passing on forehand (run back to own cone)
2. carrying left past cone in middle, drag back to right and pass (run back to own cone)
3. pass to player who runs to middle cone: open receiving and carrying back to own cone
4. pass to player who runs to middle cone: close receiving and carrying back to own.
