About Kelly

I have lead a number of workshops and classes in schools across the world, striving to engage students actively in drama studies. From Beijing‘s Theart drama department to the Dusche Schule in Bogotá, Colombia; I have always ensured every student in my class is part of the team, enthused by my work and encouraged to try new things.
My professional career as an actress began in 2010 as a pirate on board the DFDS ferry from Dover to Dunkirk. Since then I have performed on such stages as The National theatre of Costa Rica, Sam Wanamaker playhouse and the Teatre de kunst in Berlin to name a few.
Recently, due to covid-19, I held my first Microsoft Teams workshop online to over 30 students and received excellent feedback and responses.
As well as performing as a professional actress for the past 10 years, I am also an in house writer and director for a theatre company and adapt Shakespeare plays for tours across Germany.
My passion is to make drama accessible, exciting and inspirational.

Perfect! We were lucky
We found Kelly on line, for our grand daughter, we were very lucky.
Kelly is a good teacher, she knew how to captivate the attention of a 10year old girl from the first minute, and for the whole hour every time.
The grand daughter thanked us for Kelly saying that she is very good, and that she looked forward to the lesson every time.
We thank you Kelly, for all the effort you put, and we wish you the best future ever.

Elle

Kelly lead three Drama/Acting workshops and a Q and A. These workshops where to year 10 and year 9 students through Teams. The students took part in an exciting and engaging physical and vocal warm-up. Kelly had strong questing skills which made the students want to respond. Students felt comfortable to perform vocal warm-ups alone. The students asked planned questions for the Q and A. Which Kelly answered to build on students subject knowledge. Kelly was an amazing guest speaker and she will be asked to lead more sessions in the future.

She is a fantastic actress, writer, workshop facilitator . Kelly is enthusiastic, friendly, motivational and extremely knowledgeable about anything to do with theatre/drama. Whether that be drama for very young children right through to college/university level.
