I graduated with an MA in Musical Theatre from the Royal Academy of Music and, as a performer, have opened for Sir Tom Jones on tour, performed in concerts for Disney and most recently appeared in Anne Boleyn: The Musical as Thomas Cromwell. Previous credits include Silence: The Musical (Norwich/Edinburgh/London), Phantom of the Opera (Milan, Trieste and Monaco), Comedy of Errors and Festive Tales (Royal Shakespeare Company), Jerry Springer: The Opera (Hope Mill Theatre, Manchester), Jekyll & Hyde (English Theatre, Frankfurt), Making A Murderer: The Musical (Underbelly Edinburgh Festival) and Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Buxton Opera House). 2023 also yielded two directing and producing credits for PlayAI (Riverside Studios London) and BU21 (Old Joint Stock Birmingham).

Over the past two years I have created two original shows, with one of them (Weapons Of Mass Seduction) completing its development presentation in New York in June 2026. My other show 'The Most Hated Family In America' has been recognised with the eleven o'clock number 'There's More To Me' being named a Stiles & Drewe Prize Finalist. I am a consultant producer to a new musical based on the story of a well-known 80's rock band.

Additionally I am a singing and acting teacher of 7 years standing, teaching at the Arden School of Theatre in Manchester and Performers College Birmingham (BA Musical Theatre), University of Northampton, Midlands Academy of Musical Theatre (MAMT), Bernstein School of Musical Theatre (BSMT) In Bologna, Italy, School of Theatre Excellence, Birmingham and the University of Birmingham as well as delivering workshops to a number of schools and youth theatres across the region.

Over the last 4 years my private students have successfully gained places on Musical Theatre degree programmes at Arts Ed, Royal Scottish Conservatoire, Urdang Academy, University of Chichester and Leeds College of Music. BA Acting entry include E15, LIPA and Arts Ed. One student was accepted into the National Youth Theatre with another gaining a place on the prestigious Stella Adler Programme in New York. I have also coached students through the process of auditioning and signing with top West End theatrical agencies.

About the lesson

Being coached by me is a well-rounded and holistic experience. I have successfully coached over twenty students into top UK and US Drama Schools onto BA and MA programmes in Acting and Musical Theatre. Additionally, several of my students (some of whom returned to me after finishing drama school) have worked with me to secure agency representation and when going through professional audition processes. I am an experienced performer, director and lecturer and I believe my track record speaks for itself.
