About Eleri
I am currently researching for a DPhil (PhD) in History at the University of Oxford. I was awarded a distinction in my Master's and a First in my BA, both in History at Oxford.
I also have two years' experience teaching in a secondary school and sixth form in London. I hold Qualified Teaching Status and a PGDE.

My sessions are collaborative and engaging. I am an enthusiastic, personable, and relaxed tutor. I enjoy an informal learning environment but nevertheless have high expectations of my students. Lessons typically last 1-2 hours and involve a range of discussion exercises, past paper practice, essay planning and revision strategies, and critical reflections on students' writing.
