About Sergio

I have been teaching primary or ESO students since I was 15 years old, later I helped several high school students to prepare the final exams and the PAU in Andalusia, a test that everyone managed to overcome. For three years now I have been living in Madrid and studying at university, during this time I have also given classes to high school students for common and specific subjects, as well as English classes for students who were preparing exams of the MCERL in English such as FCE or CAE . Although I offer classes for different subjects, in the field of the language I have had enough experience. I am passionate about reading as well as writing, I have been about to publish my own book and I own a blog of poetry; I have also participated in other blogs in sections of literature and poetry, contests of stories, etc. In the CV section I have explained in more detail my degrees and academic and work experience.

About the lesson

At the moment I am a student, I have a double degree of engineering and I would like to teach classes to other students, of any level until Selectividad. At the Bachillerato level I can help with the common or specific subjects of the scientific / technological area such as CTMA, Physics, Mathematics, Technical Drawing, etc. As for my methodology, I do not follow a common technique with all the students, because I think that the way in which it should be taught depends on who is taught. I believe that a good teacher-student relationship is paramount and that the teaching method must be tailored to the specific needs of the student, so my priority is to make the other person feel comfortable and try to offer the means that best fit their form of learning. In my opinion, in any case, an optimal work environment should be sought in which the student is motivated and determined to practice on his own the explanations received in class, as well as internalize what has been learned so that the study is not based on the memorization.
