About Natalie
Hello :) I am a doctorate of physical therapy student who has been a personal trainer for 4 years during my undergraduate education. I have a BA in biology and have spent the past four years teaching others about body mechanics and the importance of physical health. The body is one big machine with many moving parts but they all work together.

I treat the body as one large machine and relate each part to another which makes learning and retaining the information much easier. This is the method I used in my undergraduate studies and will continue to use as I earn my DPT. I create lesson plans based on the needs of my students and the areas they are struggling in most. I take time to discover how that student best learns and tailor my lesson plan to them.
