About Luiza

I am a PhD student in Logic with emphasis in Philosophy of Mathematics at the University of São Paulo, and I am interested in all kinds of knowledge, so I am very pleased to teach and help my students to develop a love for knowledge as well.

I like original ideas, that's why I seek to enhance the classes with various pedagogical activities, mainly encouraging autonomous research and critical thinking.

About the lesson

I have been teaching privately for 15 years and during the last year I taught in schools. This year I decided to go back to giving private lessons to have more time for my doctorate. I love teaching and encouraging young people's autonomous thinking, so that they know how to deal with all kinds of problems.

As a teacher, I managed to develop in several students an interest in studying, the pleasure of learning and a taste for reasoning challenges. On the other hand, they had great improvements in all subjects, gaining autonomy and confidence.
