About Kameron

I earned my Bachelors degree in Family and Consumer Science Education in May of 2014. During my time as an undergrad I worked as a writing tutor in the university library, and assisted students in various aspects of their academic writing. Following graduation, I immediately began working as a middle school teacher, and then transitioned to teaching high school students. During this time, I also earned my master’s degree in School Counseling. Presently, I work as a high school counselor and assist students in successfully navigating various aspects of the classroom and accessing Postsecondary education and/or careers. In addition to my work as a school counselor, I am also currently a doctoral candidate in an Educational Psychology program. I have completed all coursework and have used what I have learned about academic and business writing to offer professional writing and editing services to a broad consumer base.

About the lesson

As a former middle school and high school teacher, turned high school counselor, I have years of experience designing lessons and making quick, in-the-moment modifications for a diverse student population. I am skilled at making content relatable through real-world examples and engaging exercises. My lessons are designed with learners in mind. They offer fun and practical activities, break information down in manageable chunks, and accommodate multiple styles and ways of learning.
