I have previous tutoring experience, having taught students studying 11+, KS3, GCSE and A-Levels. I have thus displayed my versatility as I am able to adapt my teaching style to suit the requirements of different students. I have an excellent understanding of the syllabus and I am understanding and sympathetic to the needs of my students.
As a tutor I focus heavily on the syllabus and work methodically through it. This ensures my student is ready for all areas of their exam. Prior to beginning our lessons, I like to set a short introductory test as this is a good indicator of their current level, strengths and weaknesses. Using this, my student and I can set targets for their development and goals.
