About Wei
Having trained and practised as a doctor, my journey with coaching started with myself. Life coaching has helped me re-discover my passion for meaningful work that facilitates positive and long-lasting change in a period of uncertainty, fear and burnout. Since then I have been loving the journey of self-discovery and compassion, amongst those, being trained in coaching to help other people discover their full potential!

My approach to coaching is goal-orientated and motivation-focused. I'm all about getting you excited about taking your life to the next level where you can take ownership and action to craft a rewarding and fulfilling life.
Coaching is for anyone who may be feeling lost, burnt out, stuck and unhappy in their current life and want to take the initiative to develop their goals and passions, and find the right focus for their life and career.
