Being a physiotherapist I know exactly how the human anatomy and physiology works giving me an upper hand over usual fitness trainers.
I also have a vast knowledge and experience about the changes that occur pre during and post pregnancy and how it affects the foetus and the mother. This helps me plan a very safe and effective training program for pregnant mothers.
