About Clair
Teaching began when I realized how much I enjoyed sharing the stagecraft I picked up in shows. Over 13 years I have taught 446 students how to navigate their own voices.
I specialize in microphone technique and vocal health and care. Belting technique and head and chest voice are core pillars of my curriculum. I also cover breathing control plus vibrato control and exam preparation.
Performance confidence and rhythm and phrasing are essential for every singer. I also offer genre styling for pop or classical or musical theater styles. Music is simply my favorite way to spend a day.

Pacing remains critical because vocal development requires consistent and gentle pressure over time. 10.0 is the ideal rating for consistency. My 13 years of experience inform how I structure the technical side of your vocal development. We will ensure your voice stays strong throughout your entire set.
Performance recordings reviewed together each month serve as the primary tool for your improvement. That feedback loop makes the process much more manageable. I promise to keep the tone light while we work on your technique.
