About Ritu
1) I have been one of the toppers in my school and college days.
2) I'm also preparing for govt. Exams along side, specially UPSC CSE, So I have enough knowledge don't worry about that.
3) I also take tutions in offline mode. My students loves studying from me and enjoy the learning process. They like my teaching method.
4) One thing I expect in return. Students has to respect me and my time and need to have faith in me.

1) I teach the topic first, meanwhile asking ques and clearing doubts. I give homework daily to ensure continuity.
2) once chapter is over, I take tests.
3) I also ensure personal interaction so the child opens up, ask whatever in their mind. I equally emphasise on mental health of students as it's equally important in this highly competitive world.
