About Mattia
I like working with children and teenagers, it motivates me and gives me energy! I've been doing it for years with summer camps, foster care, tutoring and other activities.
Sometimes, and for many different reasons, the school is not able to offer all its pupils the tools and support they need, and it is important that any coaching takes that little extra step to get closer. to the individual student / ssa to overcome the barriers of school standardization.
From these small adjustments, a turning point in the personal fulfillment of children can really depend, this is even more true for foreign languages, in a world where communicability is more important every day.

I combine knowledge of the language with years of experience as an educator and trainer for children and adolescents, I can offer a diversified approach according to the school class and individual needs (repetitions, theoretical reinforcement, conversation)
I believe that there are two fundamental factors in learning, especially as regards foreign languages:
- The need to bring the lessons learned back to something real, to link them to a concrete use and purpose: it is easier and more interesting to remember something of which we recognize the usefulness
- the participatory approach: languages are communication, exchange, interaction, sharing, they cannot be taught in a unidirectional way, they should not be learned like the multiplication tables!
I recognize and share the importance of learning grammar, of passing the tests, of learning the lesson of the day, these are aspects that I certainly do not intend to ignore! But languages have been for me a door to discover the world and learn a lot, to grow and compare myself with very different people; reducing them to the simple memorization of grammatical rules or repetition of irregular verbs, means that we will forget them as soon as we pass the verification, or as soon as any other notion will come to take its place.
