My teaching method is based on the comfort of the student (s), I always seek to have an ideal environment for the class. The protagonist of it is the student, therefore it is designed based on objectives proposed by him. The variability of methods, combinations of exercises and application of physiological, anatomical and biomechanical knowledge, make my classes, true sessions of relaxation and apprehension of knowledge for the student, so they not only exercise, but also learn.
