I am a school student in year 11 who has a major interest in fitness. I have been going to the gym for 2 years now and play rugby and football. I love the idea to help others change their lifestyle and can't wait to get started.

My teaching method would be based off my experiences. I would alter it based on the situation but I can guarantee progress and change. For example, if you are unhappy with your body appearance, I would alter your diet and workout programme, cardio.
