About Arpita
I am a Biology tutor with over 10 years of teaching experience and a Master’s degree in Systems Biology. I enjoy helping students understand the deeper story behind life on Earth. My teaching focuses strongly on evolutionary biology, which connects many areas of biology together. It provides a powerful way to understand how life changes over time.
In my lessons, we explore ideas such as natural selection, adaptation, speciation, and the evolution of biological diversity. These concepts explain why organisms look and behave the way they do. I take a holistic and interdisciplinary approach when teaching evolution. Biology becomes clearer when different sources of evidence are connected.
We examine fossil records, comparative anatomy, and genetic data to understand how species evolved. Each type of evidence tells part of the story. Together they reveal the long history of life. Students learn how scientists build explanations based on multiple forms of evidence.
I work with curious learners, anthropology students, and anyone interested in the origins of life and diversity. Questions and discussions are always welcome. Learning evolution is like exploring a giant timeline of life. Together we discover the grand narrative of evolution and the incredible journey of life on Earth.

My teaching approach focuses on helping students understand biology through clear concepts and practical learning. I begin with important topics such as human anatomy, physiology, and the organization of body systems. Understanding the structure of the human body makes advanced topics easier.
We study systems like the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, nervous, and immune systems. Each system is explained step by step. I also introduce basic medical terminology so students become comfortable with the language used in healthcare fields.
My lessons are very visual and practical. I use detailed diagrams, labeled illustrations, and real medical case studies to explain biological processes. These tools help students connect theory with real biological situations.
Lessons are adapted to the student's needs. I provide guided practice and clear explanations to strengthen understanding. The goal is to help learners build confidence and develop a deep appreciation for the complexity of the human body.
