My approach to private tutoring in Geography is learner-centred, structured, and supportive. I focus on helping learners understand key concepts, map skills, and geographical processes clearly, rather than memorising content. I use explanations, diagrams, case studies, and exam-style questions to strengthen understanding and application skills.
I am proficient in isiXhosa and English and can teach comfortably in either language, depending on the learner’s needs. This allows me to explain complex geographical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
In a typical lesson, learners can expect clear explanations, guided practice, revision activities, and exam-focused support. I assist with homework, assignments, test preparation, and revision, while also helping learners develop effective study and map-reading skills.
My lessons are aimed at Grade 8–12 learners (Senior Phase and FET), particularly those who need extra support, confidence-building, and structured guidance to improve their academic performance in Geography.
