About Stefania
I am currently engaged as a volunteer in the GRAAS Association, of the Institut Integratiu. It is an important experience for me because it allows me to unite the two axes that represent me: on the one hand, the aspect of Coaching accompaniment from a horizontal and empowering relationship for the person accompanied; on the other, the social issue because voluntary coaching processes are practiced with NGOs and social services. I follow different processes of individual Coaching, with constant supervision to ensure the quality that I give to whom I accompany. I have studied the graduate program of Integrative Coaching at the Institut Integratiu (2018) and it has been a unique and enriching experience. This year I have started to study Gestalt Therapy and each day convinces me more that this is my way.

You are the only one responsible for your life and you have all the capacities to make it a pleasant gift: I will accompany you in this process.
