About Moksh
Hi, I'm Moksh, a Bachelor of Science student with a strong passion for mathematics and helping students succeed. Alongside my academics, I am actively involved in extracurricular activities like business competitions (ENACTUS CANADA) and leadership roles, which have taught me the importance of balancing studies with a busy schedule.
Because I understand the demands students face, I create lessons that are well-structured, efficient, and tailored to each student's goals. Whether you're preparing for an exam, trying to improve your grades, or balancing calculus with sports, clubs, or other commitments, I'll help you make the most of your study time.

Hello! My name is Moksh, and I am a Bachelor of Science student with a strong passion for mathematics and helping others succeed. I believe that every student can excel in calculus when concepts are explained clearly and taught with patience.
My teaching approach focuses on building a strong conceptual foundation rather than memorizing formulas. I begin by identifying each student's current level of understanding and tailor every lesson to their individual learning style. I explain complex concepts step by step, solve examples together, and provide guided practice until students feel confident solving problems independently.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review of previous concepts, followed by learning a new topic through clear explanations and practical examples. We then work through progressively challenging questions, discuss common mistakes, and finish with a summary and targeted practice problems to reinforce the material.
I specialize in teaching differentiation, implicit differentiation, logarithmic differentiation, trigonometric differentiation, the product rule, the quotient rule, the chain rule, applications of derivatives, and exam-style problem solving. My lessons focus on helping students understand the reasoning behind each concept rather than simply memorizing formulas, enabling them to confidently solve a wide variety of calculus problems.
What sets me apart is my patient, encouraging, and personalized teaching style. As a current university student, I understand the challenges students face and can explain complex calculus concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand way. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to build their confidence and develop a genuine understanding of mathematics.
