About Marcus
I am currently going to school to become a Data Scientist but I have been coding for 5 years. The very first language I learned was Python and it helped me gain an understanding of how computers think which helped translate my knowledge to other languages like Java, C#, Javascript, and many more languages. I love making games, and mods for games and I always thing its neat to see the concepts I've learned helped me create something cool that I have fun using!

I Prefer to teach over Zoom, Discord, or any video chatting Program of your Choosing. I am happy working with anyone trying to learn or gain a better understanding of Python! Each lesson would be around 1 hour long but i will happily work with anyone for longer if requested! The lesson outline i have is meant for anyone to learn at there own pace so there is no rush on understanding a lesson. These lessons are mainly designed for begginers or people with no programming experience at all but anyone of any experience is always welcomed as well!
Outline:
- Understanding Data types, Outputting text to the console , Conditionals, Operators, and Logic Gates
- Membership Operators, If .. ElIf .. Else Statments, For and While Loops
- Getting input from the user, Introduction to functions
- Project 1: Making a simple Calculator
- Understanding Modules and Pip, Intro to Classes and OOP (Object Oriented Programming)
- Deepdive into Functions
- Deepdive into Classes and OOP
- Project 2: Making a UI (User Interface) for our calculator created previously
