About Karabo

My name is karabo, the reason I started this Dancing exercise is it also helped me and I'm a dancer. Since I was 13 I fell inlove with Dancing I am now able to be more flexible instead of going to the gym I created my dance challenges at home and saw a huge difference with my body also and skin

About the lesson

Body structure that becomes natural only by doing a few dance moves
Footwork always the best that gives you balance in your body...feeling like a new person.
My Dancing exercises helps with breathing if you have problems with short breaths or Asthma it would highly a great help.
