About Francesca
I am a dancer/educator/artist/choreographer/Pilates instructor. I have a B.A. in Dance with concentrations in Dance Science & Dance Education. I teach anatomy through an experiential learning experience— meaning we will be moving and grooving to physicalize anatomical understandings and concepts.

I strive to teach age-appropriate anatomy through a multimodal learning approach. It is important to have a sensory experience in order to grasp/learn/apply material in any subject matter. I use imagery, metaphors, hands-on/object demonstration, videos, diagrams, and movement exploration as I teach. I tend to teach through a dancer/sports lens, and I often teach middle school and up.
