About Tikira
I am a dance for well-being practitioner with a special interest in yogic culture. My sessions are interpreted by individuals in a uniquely personal way that opens them to a new sense of freedom, that is exhilarating, surprising and deeply restorative. If you like to dance and express yourself through movement, come and get involved.
I hold a BA Homs degree one dance and drama.
I have facilitated creative workshops and taught professionally in schools to a diverse range of people and ages over the last 10 years. I currently hold a level 3 in counselling skills and teach dance for wellbeing on other online platforms with fantastic reviews.

The participant guides the session from their own individual needs and comfort levels. I encourage lots of interaction, fun and a relaxed non judgemental atmosphere. I provide a safe supportive space for all individuals that nurtures their inner artist and allows some reflection time.
