I'm Bhumika , I have worked with cult.fitness as dance fitness instructor for almost a year. i have conducted classes with 50 members per session.its going to be a 45 minz cardio workout. You can burn upto 500-800 calories in one session. It consists of fusion of both bollywood and hollywood songs.The class starts with 10 minutes of intense warm up, followed by low and high intensity workout and then finally the cooldown
