About Xinyuan

I am currently an undergraduate student at the University of Alberta. My native language is Chinese. I grew up in China since childhood and am very familiar with the daily expressions, language sense, and real usage scenarios of Chinese.
Because I have both a native Chinese language background and overseas study experience, I can well understand the problems that Chinese learners often encounter in oral communication, such as being reluctant to speak, having stiff expressions, and sentences being "correct but not natural". I hope to help you improve your Chinese from "being able to speak" to "speaking smoothly and like a native speaker" through relaxed dialogue practice.

About the lesson

With oral output as the core, you will speak more than I do in class
Pay attention to real usage scenarios
Adjust the content flexibly according to your goals and don't follow the fixed textbook route

Plan:
1. A simple warm-up conversation to get into the Chinese context
2. Have free communication around a theme
3. Focus on correcting and optimizing your expression
4. Summarize the high-frequency expressions and areas for improvement in this class
