About Ariva
As an undergraduate student who is from India and has come to Massachusetts for her undergraduate degree, I encourage and strive to teach the English language in a stress-free, engaging manner. I come from an International Baccalaureate high school and have given the IELTS on which I scored an 8.5! I also was the runner-up for the John Estey Student Writing Competition in 2021! I have a keen eye for spelling, grammar, and sentence structure. I can often pick out something written incorrectly with an eagle's eye. I also am a creative writer, and I have written a few short stories and poems for competitions.

As a native English speaker and an avid reader, I can help you with editing, writing, and learning the English Language! I have helped relatives who are non-native speakers learn the language, and I am the winner of the John Estey Student Writing Competition 2021. I also scored an 8.5 on the IELTS. I would understand your needs as a learner and tailor my lessons according to your current skill sets and interests. If you are an aspiring international student who wishes to come to the US, a student who needs proofreading and editing on a writing piece, or someone who simply wants to learn the language as an additional skill, I can help you out!
