Shakima is a wonderful teacher and a great mentor. My son went from not liking to read, to wanting to buy books! She took him under her wing and I watched him grow into loving science experiments. Her patients helped him jump 2 reading levels within the first 3 months of the 1st grade! I must say, I’m honestly impressed.

I have known Shakima through a friend that recommended her while in search for a tutor for my sister. Within that time I have realized she’s not just a good teacher she is a great teacher. My sisters grades improved drastically and she is able to teach back the material she has learned.
