My experience from tutoring and as a Teaching Assistant has taught me that every student is different and has different grasping capabilities. And so, my teaching approach is catered to its specific audience and mostly includes a lot of examples, conceptual learning and the occasional reverse classroom, where the students are asked to prepare a topic and present to the class, which builds their confidence on the topic and helps oratory skills.
