About Carlos

I've worked through algebra (polynomials, rational equations, systems) and precalculus (functions, exponentials, logs), so I know where students usually get tripped up. I'm patient, I don't rush, and I'll explain something five different ways if I have to help anyone.

About the lesson

Hi, I'm Carlos, a student in Las Vegas who works with algebra and precalculus every day. I help students understand why a method works, so they can solve problems on their own instead of memorizing steps and focused all on you.

I have known carlos for approximately 3 years now. He is such a great tutor and explains things very clearly, even if it takes me longer to understand he is very patient and helps me understand a different way. An experience that we have shared is during Algebra, a subject that’s hard for me to understand, carlos stepped up and helped me with an easier way for my mind to comprehend. Carlos is very kind, respectful, and patient. He is such a great friend as much as he is a tutor.
