About Soumya
I am a university student currently doing a BA in Politics and Japanese with the aims of being a university professor of Political Science in Japan. I have great interpersonal skills and connect with young people very well. I believe personal education should proceed at a pace that is fit for the student which meets their personal targets, not as rigidly outlined by the curriculum.

The typical length of my lesson is an hour long. As a tutor, I believe each student faces their own specific problems within each subject; for example, rather than struggling to digest content, some students struggle with the structuring of their answers instead and vice versa. Therefore, my teaching method directly confronts the students' individual problems, rather than providing generic revision techniques for a broader range of students. At A-level I achieved an AAB in Politics, History and Economics despite having a 60% attendance and intense personal issues. I am definitely the correct tutor for you if you have had personal circumstances obstruct your learning and you need to catch up within a short period of time. Everything is catch-up-able and there is still time to lock in!
