About Isabela
I studied French at AS and A-Level, attending an academic program in Cambridge, UK on French Literature and Translation and am currently reading French at the University of Warwick. Advanced Proficient/Fluent in French Speaking, Writing and Grammar Work and have specific knowledge in the French Revolution, French Literature (Medieval to Modern), France under German Occupation, France under de Gaulle, French Cinema and French Current Affairs.

More than willing to put the time in with you to discuss what teaching methods best suit your learning style. I like working out a thorough teaching plan prior to our sessions, where I will get to grasp with what you already know in order to compound, clarify and expand on prior knowledge and previous lessons. I like the continuous build-up of knowledge and will translate this into steady, concentrated and meaningful learning, with fun and interesting facts and teaching techniques thrown into the mix to keep tutoring from becoming too repetitive. Ratio of teaching in French and English dependent on your current capabilities, but expect both.
