About Riya
I am a current undergraduate student at Nova Southeastern Florida. With a major in public health and a minor in pre-health I am very knowledgeable in this are of science. I am a Dual Enrollment student at the KPCOM Medical School. My hours are flexible as I am also a full-time student. I know what it feels like to need some extra help and I would love to be that extra support! Overall, I am very easy going and flexible with lots of knowledge to share!

Tutoring is about the student and finding a way for them to learn the subject at hand. I'm dedicated to helping my students succeed in their classes and in the future. Before we meet for class I like to set up a meeting to discuss our goals as a team. I also like to get a sense for how the student prefers to learn (lecture, visuals, examples, etc.) I am highly accomplished in Biology, especially cell biology. I have taken AP Biology, IB Biology in high school and Biology 1 and 2 in college.
