About Anna

I am a student who is currently on a gap year. I am studying Italian and gaining experiences (including being an au pair) that would be beneficial in life. I have struggled with being dyslexic all through school so now I spend a lot of time trying to improve and find ways to work around it. I love sports and maths (yes this may make me a nerd but you can't help it when you like something). I like adventure and I am a very determined individual who will do whatever it will take to be successful in life. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and I love to help people as much as I can. I can't wait to get to know you and help you succeed in school as much as I can. I truly think that if you can understand how to do well in an exam and in class, it makes school a lot more enjoyable!

About the lesson

My approach to lessons are being creative and fun whilst also learning as much as possible. I feel that studying the specific issues that a student finds difficult is the best way to study. I can direct my teaching to specific or vague problems that need to be better understood. I can do lessons of desired lengths but I feel that a lesson of 30 minutes to an hour would be the most beneficial for learning. I have nine GCSE's of all A's and A*'s as well as three A*'s at A-Level. For A-Level, I studied Maths, Psychology and Sports Science. I can teach English up to GCSE standard. But I do prefer lower levels of English. I just want to be able to interact and learn from different students whilst passing on my academic knowledge.
