About Julia Rose
Currently studying Political Science at Barnard College of Columbia University in New York, New York. Received an overall 3.92 GPA my first year (lowest grade being an A-) with a 95 and a 97 in the two Spanish classes taken at Columbia. Dedicated to the language as well as the culture and politics of Latin America. Won an Emmy for a documentary I hosted and produced in 2021 about immigration; spoke to native speakers with different dialects only in Spanish (ie Venezuelan, Honduran, Guatemalan, etc) without any problems. Placed on Honor Roll at my high school for Spanish, as I excelled within the department and worked outside of the classroom with my teachers to create community-based projects.

Will bring in practice fill-in the blank paragraphs to be completed out at the beginning of each lesson to see where the student is at and then move on from there.
Throughout the lesson, we will cover whatever is needed in depth and with productivity.
If it is best, I can give additional practice homework to be completed before the following meeting.
Lessons are for middle school and high school students or for beginners in college. I am willing to work best with my client's schedule as well as do extra work with students via email or text outside of our meetings.
