I am currently a rising sophmore majoring in Computer Science at Penn State, and I have taken the following subjects:
Computer Science:
- Computer Science AP & Principles AP (Java + Javascript equvalent)
- CMPSC 131 & 132 (Python equivalent)
Math:
- Calculus BC
- Linear Algebra + Matrix Algebra
- Essentially all high-school level math courses
I have tutored in Math and Computer Science for 2+ years for the Family Counseling Center of Greater Washington.

My tutoring usually goes as follows:
- First, I will teach you a little background knowledge if needed based on the subject
- Then, I will walk you through an example together on a step-by-step basis if a worksheet is provided or brought. If not, then I'll come up with my own examples.
- Finally, I will assist you with completing the remaining problems (if you brought a worksheet / homework) or come up with additional examples for you to practice the skill on (if no homework was provided).
Think of me as someone to ask questions to, more than just an answer machine. I'll help you learn the skills necessary to succeed in your learning endeavors. Let me reiterate, I DO NOT EXPLICTILY GIVE OUT ANSWERS. I will work together with you to learn how to solve problems.
