About Gaurav

From my qualifications, you can see that I am currently studying towards a Masters' in Law at the University of Warwick, having completed my Undergraduate Degree in Law there in the summer just gone.

Before this, I obtained A-Levels in History (A*), English Literature (A), and Mathematics (A), which helped me on the road to becoming a good law student.

Through my academic career, I have built skills in exam preparation and exam technique which carried me through school and university - many individuals operate under the preconceived notion that having a good memory is enough, but this is not the case - I hope that I can help my students adequately prepare for their examinations and help them with the subject areas that they do not feel as confident with.

About the lesson

As a Law Graduate, and a former student of English, History, and Maths, I have developed skills which have enabled me to reach great heights in my academic career. I feel that I could help out others and impart these skills onto them, thus helping them as well.

I am willing to tutor (online) for Degree Level Law (Dependent on the modules being studied), A-Level Law, A-Level English Literature (OCR) and A-Level/GCSE History (both Edexcel)

I would take students through exam questions, past papers, and be willing to explain and articulate course content to them, dependent on their needs and the areas that they find difficult - sessions should typically last 45-60 minutes, and I would consider assigning tasks to complete in between sessions to help a students' understanding

The learning style for essay based subjects which I have developed will be the basis of my teaching, with a real emphasis on developing clear-cut, concise revision notes and resources to ensure that exam preparation is tailored and not too broad in nature
