I have education and experience in the fields of Psychology and Health/Wellness. I have the ability to teach in a way that you will comprehend. I will tailor your lessons around the best ways to help you understand the material. I will first focus on important vocabulary and concepts while also explaining how these aspects are applicable to real clients. I also emphasize the history of Psychology and how the different systems build off of one another and the time periods in which they were introduced. I have earned a Master of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Exercise Science. I am currently earning a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
