About Andrea

Hi there! I’m a fun-loving and patient Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) who believes that learning and growth happen best when we’re enjoying the process. I lead every session with kindness, encouragement, and just the right amount of silliness to keep things engaging. When I’m not helping clients find their voice, you can find me crafting something colorful, cracking cheesy jokes, or singing along to my favorite Disney songs (yes, I know all the words!). I love bringing creativity into my sessions and believe that a little laughter and a lot of heart go a long way in making progress feel magical.

About the lesson

As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A), my teaching approach is personalized, supportive, and rooted in evidence-based strategies to help learners build effective communication skills. A typical session includes a warm-up to engage the learner, targeted practice activities tailored to their specific goals, and a wrap-up that reinforces key concepts through interactive and functional tasks. What sets me apart is my ability to connect with students of all ages and backgrounds, making sessions both effective and enjoyable. I provide tutoring for individuals with a range of communication needs, including speech sound errors, language delays, fluency difficulties, and social communication challenges. Whether the learner is a young child, teen, or adult, I tailor each session to their unique abilities, goals, and learning style to support meaningful growth.
